HI. Keep working and refining to prepare for coming Usability test
This blog will be showing the further updates on my microsite to prepare for the upcoming Usability test.
Info page
Made the Newsletter input box function, users can type in their personal email address.
In addition, I also added a "dummy" that would appear when users click on the confirm button, since I'm not going to officially make the submission of email work.
Scroll indicators
The scroll indicators are also executed, where users can navigate to specific information when clicked. It will also indicates the information showing when scrolled.
Filter functions for Selangor and Sarawak
I executed the filters, where currently it will trigger specific places when the filters are clicked.
It is still buggy which I will futher look into after the Usability test, as currently it is working fine for me to test the functionality of it.
Navpage
Added lights and simple animation when users hover on the plot to access the different states. This is to make their hover interaction more noticeable.
Currently, this is to test out whether this method of making things animated will work, which I think it is working.
I might need to find another way to showcase the animation.
These are the things that I've been working on this work to further enhance the experience for my users during the Usability test. Overall, the current functionality of the microsite is sufficient for me to test out the overall experience of the microsite.
